Tax
Tax rate of 8.25% will be assessed to all Rental Orders.
Card Processing
A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
A Card Processing Fee of 3% will be assessed to all Rental Orders using non-Stripe processers for payment.
Security Deposit
At KAV Rentals LLC, we are dedicated to ensuring that our trailers are always in peak condition, ready to support your endeavors. In line with our commitment to excellence and our slogan, "Your trail, our trailers," we require a $200 deposit before renting any trailer. This deposit is instrumental in helping us maintain our fleet to the highest standards, guaranteeing that every trailer is clean, well-maintained, and ready for your journey. Rest assured, this deposit is fully refundable upon the return of the trailer in its initial rented condition. We value your cooperation and understanding, as it aids us in providing the best service and equipment to all our clients.
