Insurance
NOTICE: All rentals require the purchase of a liability insurance supplement for $11/day regardless of tow-vehicle insurance coverage. Insurance can be purchased at mbatrailer.com; you will need our insurance policy number and the last six digits of the trailer's VIN. Trailer will not be released without verification of supplemental insurance purchase.

Payments
We accept most forms of payments.

Tax
Tax rate of 8.8% will be assessed to all Rental Orders.
Card Processing
A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
Security Deposit
Each reservation requires a $250 Security Deposit at the time of trailer pickup. Security Deposits are fully refundable once the trailer has been returned clean, undamaged, and in otherwise satisfactory condition. Deposits will be in the form of a credit-card authorization hold or cash deposits in the amount of $500 will also be accepted.
A $50 Reservation Deposit will be charged to each reservation and will be applied to the rental fee.
