Insurance Addendum
Each Rental order requires purchasing an insurance addendum through MBA Insurance. MBA Insurance extends coverage to the Renter from the Rental Operator's policy. Coverage includes State Statutory Limits of Liability. The daily rate is $5.00 per day for most trailers. For more information and to purchase coverage please go to the following link at https://mbainsurance.net/choice/trailers/. Policy number to include is 01C411593. Once completed please email the file to LRsupport@lunarentals.biz or you can send it through text 720-505-4710.
If your personal insurance covers your vehicle and rented trailer, you can fill out the following form: Trailer Rental Liability Request Form, Have your insurance agent verify your coverage and sign the Liability request form. This form must be completed and submitted for the rental order to be approved. Once completed please email the file to LRsupport@lunarentals.biz or you can send it through text 720-505-4710. Insurance Addendum
Renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Tax rate of 8.75% will be assessed to all Rental Orders.
Card Processing
A Processing Fee of 3.9% + 30¢ will be assessed to all Rental Orders using MTR/Stripe as payment.
Security Deposit
Deposits will vary by trailer. Look under each available trailer for deposits required. All deposits will be released when the trailer is returned on time and with no damages or missing items. If damages occur or return is late, the difference will be taken out of the deposit.
